Seremos honestos: en Sprouts HQ nos cuesta decir el nombre científico de esta planta. ¡Afortunadamente tenemos que decirlo 'nunca nunca' (¿geddit?) ya que su nombre común es agradable y fácil. También se le conoce como mosaico dorado, ¡que también es bonito y sencillo!
Estos parientes de la calathea tienen fabulosas hojas de color lima y limón que seguramente alegrarán cualquier habitación. Originario de Brasil, es aparentemente patriótico y ha recibido cierta influencia de la bandera de su país de origen.

- Niebla regularmente
- Le gusta la luz brillante e indirecta.
- Utilice lluvia o agua destilada.
- Mantenga la tierra constantemente húmeda pero asegúrese de que tenga un buen drenaje.
- Espolvorea las hojas de vez en cuando con un paño húmedo.
- Puede beneficiarse del fertilizante en los meses de primavera/verano.
