What’s Included

Each bundle contains the essential terrarium layers:

• Drainage Layer – Semi Hydro Mix

• Separation Layer – Sand

• Purifying Layer – Activated Charcoal

• Soil Layer – Terrarium Soil

These layers work together to improve drainage, reduce odours and create a healthy environment for terrarium plants.

How to Choose the Right Size

To work out which bundle you need, simply measure the amount of substrate your terrarium will require.

1. Pour water into your empty glass vessel up to the height you want the substrate layer to reach.

2. Pour this water into a pint glass to measure the volume.

3. Use the guide below to choose the closest bundle size.

Tip: If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger bundle so you have extra substrate rather than not enough.
