Yes, we are happy to now offer national delivery across our entire range (unless its something massive or very delicate). There is a 2-4 day processing time on orders and we usually Royal Mail using Tracked 48, we also have the option for you to upgrade to Tracked 24. Where possible. We reuse packaging we have received from our deliveries for our orders to reuse these packaging materials and reduce our carbon footprint.

When do you deliver local orders?

Zedify local delivery orders will usually be delivered 1-3 working days from the order date depending on available delivery slots. We cannot give an idea of time, but if you would prefer delivery on a certain date (Monday - Friday) please get in touch or leave a note at check out with your preferred delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer local delivery to my address?

Zedify deliver to the following postcodes BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8 (1, 2, 3A - 3N, 4), BS9 (1,3,4).

How much is local delivery?

Delivery via Zedify is £6.99 per order or free if you spend over £60.

I am not going to be home when Zedify deliver my local delivery order. What happens now?

If you aren't in when we deliver, we will check if you have left any delivery instructions when you placed your order, such as leaving with a neighbour or in a safe space, and we will follow your instructions. If you haven't left any notes, we will usually call or text you and/or leave in a suitable safe space or with a neighbour and leave a calling card.

We do not offer free returns, but if you are unhappy with your delivery or would like to return your item to us, please get in touch to discuss.

We're devoted to sending our customers quality plants with the best service around. Every plant is backed by our 7-day guarantee, so they arrive in good health.

Our team takes extra steps when prepping plants for transportation, but they're still sensitive to changes, so there may be minor cosmetic issues. We always aim to photograph and disclose any flaws before shipping, but a living creature travelling across the country in a box can take a hot minute to adjust to it's new life.

If you have any issues within 7 days of receiving your order, holler at our customer support team at with your order details and some pics of the issue. After the guarantee has expired, though, we can't refund as we can't guarantee care and environmental factors. If you repot the plant during the 7 days, the guarantee is void.
