Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.

Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.


Delivery is £4.99 for any number of items, or free on orders over £60. We deliver across the UK only.

We also offer local, bike-powered delivery in Bristol for £4.99 via Pedal Collective, a gentler option for plants and the planet.

We believe in paying people fairly, that’s why we’ve been a Real Living Wage Employer from the very beginning. We’re an independent Bristol business, packing every order ourselves.

Whether you are a plant novice, looking for something more unusual, or just looking for plants to fill a tricky spot, choose the appropriate bundle and we’ll pick your plants. In each mystery box, you’ll get top-quality plants that fit your brief.

Plus, every box is available on subscription, so you get a brand new box of gorgeous green goodies every month or every quarter, with 10% off your first box when you choose to subscribe. We guarantee no repeat plants for six months, so you’ll have a big variety of plants in no time!

Your Mystery Plant bundle comes with a collection of plants (usually 3-4) per box. You’ll pay less than RRP for the plants included, and get 10% off the first month if you choose a subscription package. We will try to take into account any preferences you tell us about. Plants included are dependent on availability.

I am delighted to offer a 5* review for my purchases. My little plants arrived safe and sound despite a journey with the post office. Very carefully wrapped to prevent any damage and I was able to immediately transplant them to their new terrarium home. They have taken really well and appear to be thriving.
