These pale green guys provide a serene addition to your room and have lovely big green orb-y leaves with silver and dark green stripes.
Calatheas are known as prayer plants so if you notice them moving throughout the day don't worry, it's not your imagination! We have a few different Calathea in our range at the moment so why not get a few and try and work out who's the most active?
Notes
- Likes bright indirect light - can tolerate lower light
- Keep soil consistently moist but ensure good drainage to avoid sitting in water
- Likes high humidity - may benefit from a pebble tray
- Mist regularly
- Ideally use rain or distilled water when watering/misting
- Can benefit from fertilising during the growing season
- Pet-safe
