Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.

Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.


Delivery is £4.99 for any number of items, or free on orders over £60. We deliver across the UK only.

We also offer local, bike-powered delivery in Bristol for £4.99 via Pedal Collective, a gentler option for plants and the planet.

Packed full of detoxifying and soil enriching properties, this unique alternative to traditional Activated Charcoal will keep your soil healthy. It's porous structure is a hot spot for culturing beneficial bacteria and fungi as well as allowing good aeration and contact with the soil to quickly remove harsh trace chemicals like chlorine and fluoride.

Mix this into your usual blends to immediately boost your soil health and offer the very best aeration. Alongside it's ability to remove impurities, there's no situation where this isn't a fantastic addition to a soil blend.

Grow in Semi Hydro? Mix in 5% Biochar to dramatically reduce chances of root rot from fresh transfers and keep all the trace elements in tap water from ending up as hard water stains on your leaves!
