Light
Your Pink Princess will appreciate bright but indirect light. It can stand a little shade, but if the light is too low you may lose that stunning variegation. Make sure it's bright enough that you can read by the natural light easily in daytime.
Water
Let the top two inches of soil dry between waters. Philodendrons are easygoing so don't worry too much if you wait a little longer to water. Make sure it drains well and isn't sat in a puddle.
Humidity
Your Philodendron will appreciate above-average humidity, but will do fine in most standard household humidity environments.
