Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.

Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.

Great as a gift for a chronic underwaterer or to stock your own windowledge, choose this Bundle and we’ll hand-pick a bunch of lovely succulents. Get monthly or quarterly succulent deliveries, with a guarantee of no repeat plants for six months, and you’ll be able to totally stock those windowledges with super succulent goodness.

Your Mystery Plant bundle comes with a collection of plants (usually 3-4) per box. You’ll pay less than RRP for the plants included, and get 10% off the first month if you choose a subscription package. We will try to take into account any preferences you tell us about. Plants included are dependent on availability.
