Carbon Gold’s Biochar Seed Compost is a coir based compost that is 100% peat and synthetic chemical free and is both FSC certified and Soil Association Approved for organic growing. A combination of natural coir, and our enriched biochar will help your seedlings get off to the best possible start

By using biochar you can bring a physical and permanent change to your soil, improving soil health and plant vitality and root structure.
Carbon Gold Biochar is enriched with mycorrhizal fungi, trace minerals and the beneficial bacteria that promotes healthy plants.
Biochar sequesters (locks) carbon into the ground permanently, so it is beneficial to the environment as well as your plants and edibles.
Carbon Gold Biochar products are 100% peat-free, FSC certified and Soil Association Approved for organic growing.

When it’s time to plant out or pot on, your transplanted seedlings will “take” quickly in their growing positions – especially if the ground or substrate has been prepared using Biochar Soil Improver.
