Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.

Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.


Delivery is £4.99 for any number of items, or free on orders over £60. We deliver across the UK only.

We also offer local, bike-powered delivery in Bristol for £4.99 via Pedal Collective, a gentler option for plants and the planet.

The elho self-watering insert makes plant care easy, and lets you give your houseplants the attention they deserve without taking up too much of your time. The insert is an easy watering system that makes sure your plant gets just the right amount of water at exactly the right time. The water meter on the device indicates when you need to fill it with water, and your plant will take care of itself for weeks to come. Like we said, easy! The insert fits most elho indoor plant pots and many other pots, including ceramic ones. The insert provides ultimate plant comfort: all the joys of keeping plants without any of the hassle.

I am delighted to offer a 5* review for my purchases. My little plants arrived safe and sound despite a journey with the post office. Very carefully wrapped to prevent any damage and I was able to immediately transplant them to their new terrarium home. They have taken really well and appear to be thriving.
