This low-growing, mat-forming perennial produces a carpet of soft rose pink flowers in spring, creating a vibrant splash of colour that hugs the ground. Phlox subulata ‘Fort Hill’ is perfect for edging, rockeries, and spilling over walls, offering a dense blanket of blooms that transforms outdoor spaces early in the season.

Phlox subulata ‘Fort Hill’, commonly known as Creeping Phlox or Moss Phlox, is loved for its ability to create a colourful ground cover with minimal effort. Its fine, needle-like evergreen foliage forms a lush mat year-round, while its spring flowers attract pollinators and bring life back into the garden after winter.
