We know you want your new plants and homeware as quickly as possible. For local deliveries, these are usually done on Tuesdays. If you need something delivered in sooner, please contact us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate the request.
For national deliveries, we will usually dispatch your parcel within 2 business days. For orders containing plants ordered later in the week, we may hold off sending your order until the following week to minimise the length of time your plant is in transit.
We take great care to pack our products safely and securely to ensure they arrive to you how they left us. We use a variety of packing products depending on the product and we try to keep all these products as eco-friendly as possible.
