Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.

Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.

Give your gifts the wrapping they deserve with these beautifully hand-marbled gift bags from Paper Mirchi. Each bag is crafted from sturdy 250gsm recycled cotton paper and marbled entirely by hand using traditional techniques – no digital printing, no mass production, just timeless craftsmanship.

With rich festive colours and mesmerising patterns, these bags are a gift in themselves. Each one comes finished with soft cotton rope handles and a matching swing tag, which shares the story behind the paper and its makers.
