Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.
Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.
Delivery is £4.99 for any number of items, or free on orders over £60. We deliver across the UK only.
We also offer local, bike-powered delivery in Bristol for £4.99 via Pedal Collective, a gentler option for plants and the planet.

I was looking for a hanging pot for some of my long cacti, and these were so simple, but they had the rustic, natural feel I was looking for and had a plastic inner liner to stop them from going mouldy, which I had made the mistake of not having before. The cords are really long, but you can easily tie them to make them shorter.
Love my hanging pot - the quality is great and it was delivered on time exactly as described in recycled packaging.
Item was exactly what I ordered and needed. Felt the delivery price was very steep, and I found that I could have ordered the same product for less elsewhere. The ticket on the product said £10.99 and I paid more than that.
Otherwise it did the job.
