Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.

Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.


Delivery is £4.99 for any number of items, or free on orders over £60. We deliver across the UK only.

We also offer local, bike-powered delivery in Bristol for £4.99 via Pedal Collective, a gentler option for plants and the planet.

Enjoy a true piece of British design history with the Magpie x Hornsea Fish Mug. Based on an original design by iconic Hornsea artist Jack Dadd, this bold mid-century illustration has been faithfully reimagined by Magpie using authentic Hornsea colours for a retro finish.

Each mug is crafted from hand-glazed stoneware, meaning no two are exactly the same. With a 330 ml capacity and a practical stackable form, it’s perfect for everyday use while remaining a collectable addition to your kitchen. Presented in a matching patterned gift box, it also makes a thoughtful gift for design enthusiasts.

Hornsea Potteries, founded in 1949 by brothers Colin and Desmond Rawson, grew into one of the most celebrated names in British ceramics thanks to their pioneering patterns and innovative techniques. Today, Magpie continues their legacy by reissuing Hornsea’s most iconic designs under official licence.
