Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.

Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.


Delivery is £4.99 for any number of items, or free on orders over £60. We deliver across the UK only.

We also offer local, bike-powered delivery in Bristol for £4.99 via Pedal Collective, a gentler option for plants and the planet.

Add a playful twist to your tea break with the Magpie x Hornsea Nessie Mug. Part of Magpie’s official collaboration with mid-century pottery icons Hornsea, this design has been redrawn from the Hornsea Museum archives and finished in authentic retro colours for a true vintage feel.

Crafted from hand-glazed stoneware, each mug is unique, with subtle variations that add to its charm. With a 330 ml capacity and stackable design, it’s made for everyday use while doubling as a collectible piece of British design. Presented in a matching patterned gift box, it also makes a wonderful gift.

Hornsea Potteries, founded in 1949 by brothers Colin and Desmond Rawson, became world-renowned for their ground-breaking ceramic patterns and innovative designs until their closure in 2000. Today, Magpie continues their legacy, bringing back some of Hornsea’s most loved illustrations under official licence.
