Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.

Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.

Delivery is £4.99 for any number of items, or free on orders over £60. We deliver across the UK only.

We also offer local, bike-powered delivery in Bristol for £4.99 via Pedal Collective, a gentler option for plants and the planet.

We believe in paying people fairly, that’s why we’ve been a Real Living Wage Employer from the very beginning. We’re an independent Bristol business, packing every order ourselves.

Supporting us means supporting fair work.

Ideal to use before the introduction of biological controls, perhaps while waiting for the residue of previous chemical sprays to dissipate. Soft Soap Concentrate reduces the population and breeding capabilities of Aphids, Whiteflies, Red Spider Mites, Thrips, Mealybug and Scale. Soft soap works by plugging up the breathing holes in the insect's body, and also by sticking their wings and moving parts together. It is not a poison, so can be safely used on edible crops.

Highly refined soap made from natural oils which acts as a contact insecticide with no residual effects once it has dried from Ladybird Plantcare

Sold in 250ml bottles. The soap has a gel like consistency, it is more liquid at warm temperatures. This is completely normal.

How much do I need?
The dilution rate is 1:100. So the 250ml bottle will go a long way. If the infection is limited to a few plants you can carefully wash each leaf with dilute soap. For larger infections use a dilute spray of this pure soap to get into shoots and flowers. Stick to the dilution rate to avoid cell damage.

When do use?
Soft Soap can be used all year round. As a preventative tool use every fortnight, especially leading up to time when you would normally see pests. If you have seen pests, use 3 times a week until you see the pest numbers recede.
