Every plant is carefully packed by our small, plant-loving Bristol team using protective, mostly plastic-free packaging.

Occasionally, you may find reused bubble wrap – this has been donated to us, and we encourage you to reuse it too.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. We may occasionally delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather to protect your plants. We always prioritise plant health over speed of delivery.

Our accidental best seller The Plant Pot Companions are a little glimpse into Lily’s home life. “I come from a family of collectors, hoarders of hedgerow trinkets, found ephemera, or good pieces of packaging. We weave them into our home interiors without thought, for a smattering of hedgerow whimsy and a hearty dose of humour. And the Plant Pot Companions evolved from this, a happy marriage of up-cycling and celebrating joyful, frivolous moments” The creatures come to life when we laser cut and engrave them from wood, hand painting their features and details. Next, we add the wires with a healthy dollop of glue, and piece of recycled paper. They are then carefully packed in their bespoke picture frame box. The individual plant pot companions measure 4.5 cm, plus 8.5 and 6.5 cm for height. Spotted on Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas, these featured as part of our winning Table Decoration Entry in 2019. Due to their small parts and delicate nature, these are not suitable for children.
